Irratating services unprofessional

I was informed by the people that took me to MBD that the account was cancelled by them 2 years ago but too this day i am recieving sms atleast every 3rd day to phone the jhb branches and when i do speak to them its like im speaking to a 5 year old its like they have no clue whats going on
