Invoice not valid

I get sms's, e mails and phone calls repeatedly re an outstanding invoice for CGCSA when we should not have been invoiced in the first place as the bar codes were cancelled.<br> This has been explained in e mails, on the phone and with supervisors and they have accepted it but still the harassment continues.
