Invasion of Privacy and not adhering to their own acknowledgement e-mails

One of my employees has put my personal number onto his documents without my permission. I get bombarded with phone calls aimed at my employee. After explaining numerous times when being phoned that it is my personal number and has nothing to do with the employee they kept on phoning me non stop. I went so far as sending them a signed letter from the employee stating that my number must be removed. I received an e-mail back from MBD stating they will remove my number from their system. This has not happened as they are still bombarding me with phone calls on my personal number looking for the employee. I have sent a second e-mail requesting that they remove my number otherwise I will take further steps but they keep on phoning me. This is irritating and an invasion of privacy!!!!!!!!
