Invasion of privacy

I have been harassed through phone calls and sms's from MBD for over a year now. I am not even the person they are looking for. I have tried multiple times to get them to remove my details from their system, even logged on to their website with an attempt of removing my contact details from their system. I blocked their numbers, but I am still receiving annoying calls from them, even worse, they are now starting to call me at work. These people are clearly not respecting the POPI-Act, I am amazed at how they are able to easily obtain my contact details without my consent. MBD, please stop disturbing my peace. You are really invading my privacy.
