Invasion of my privacy by MBD
On Thursday a call center agent from MBD called me at 19:30 of which according to my knowledge outbound calls end at 18:00 subject to prearrangement. Now after reading the Protection of personal information act No.4 of 2013, it now makes me question the integrity of how my this information is transferred in relation to format and are there data policy to support this? I feel that my privacy has been invaded by MBD
