Insufficient customer service
Can mbd phone a person after 2 years for debt that was paid in full and cleared? NUMEROUS phone calls and emails to MBD but no luck. Form from court showing all debt was settled in full was sent NUMEROUS times but they keep on calling. Not 1 person can provide decent informarion wrt "outstanding" account.
