Infringed on my rights

<p>At about 7.45 pm on Monday 23/01/2017 a person called me concerning a retail store account .she was rude calling me all sorts of things under the sun .refused to send me any thing in writing .when I asked to speak to a manger I was told no and to .fu@#==:" off and the phone was put down.</p>
