Increasing uncessary charges towards client account

<p>We have contacted MDB with regards to a Mr price account of my wife. After several phone calls we have not received any statement of the account as requested. Furthermore after we have made payment yesterday they still send sms mesages, which they charge R3 for each sms! This is only tactics to increase legal fees - this after we are doing more then our part. If this is not enough a lady phoned us a week ago at 20:00 at night with music playing loud in background and arrogantly send an SMS with a 'link' requesting payment towards MDB. First time that I came across such request - this all happened after they could not pick up payment we made already - one week after payment were made already - strangly they did not have trouble to pick up payment last night! Hereby I request a settlement letter with discount if we settle the full account by end of month. Also this has been listed on ITC as bad debt written off - although we make payments at this stage, it is still listed as bad debt written off, clarify how you are going to handle this.</p>
