Incorrect statement and debit orders

I have an account with Total sports and was in arrears because i was busy studying.my monthly instalment was R375 but since i started working i paid them R420 every month for a year now but this account just seem go more in arrears the more i pay them every month.In May 2019 i queried the acc. The balance was R1037 which was the fees for Mbd attorneys.when i called again on the 1st the account was still R600 some cents outstanding but they have taken R420 every month.this is Pathetic and their customer service suck. I need them to sort my account out and remove my name from their data base.
