Incorrect info given

I had paid my TV Licence late and was contacted by Yolandi of MBD to pay. I had been on Maternity leave and arranged to pay one half of the payment in April and the other half in May. I was told about admin fees and asked that the lady should give me the whole settlement amount with fees, so I can pay it. I paid as arranged only to get another sms in August about outstanding fees. I queried and was told about admin fees. I said but I had asked the to give me the full settlement amount. I actually asked them to listen to the \recording"of the initial call and was told they would get back to me. Two weeks later more \""fees was added and I called them and they said that the listened to the call and that I was told of Charges. I spoke to Temba and asked to speak to Philadelphia (Temba's Supervisor) who said she would escalate to her manager. It has been two more weeks and no word from MBD regarding my query. They just keep harassing me with sms & emails about payments. I have been trying to call them for a week or so and keep being asked to leave a message and they will get back to me.
