INCORRECT DETAILS PROVIDED/NO STATEMENTS PROVIDED

I am currenlty in a state of shock.

MBD is one of the most useless Debt Collectors i have come across.

This morning i received an SMS saying that they are pursuing legal action. However, when i found out i was handed over i immediately agreed to make payment going forward. I have made two payments so far. I have requested statements on numerous occasions in the last 3 months and never have i received a single breakdown/ statement. I requested a statement at the end of last month and funny enough i was told that my account with MBD is closed and been handed over back to the original party. I phoned the original party and they told me that this was not the case. I then dealt with Arthi Singh who had the audacity to tell me that i had not made a single payment and they cannot provide me with a statement every month. I'm pretty sure it is normal/A LEGAL RIGHT as an individual to receive a statement every month. I then have been dealing with Remona Alfreda Abdallah who has then as per email communication provided me with a reference number and banking details which now she says are incorrect and that is why they are unable to give me a statement as they cannot locate payment.

Surely MBD could have picked this up within the first month.

Honestly so shocked at the incompentent behaviour of the staff. How can i be liable for their mistakes?

I refuse to make payment until i receive my statement and why would i even want to deal with a company who can't get the reference no. or the banking details correct. EXTREMELY VITAL INFORMATION THAT SHOULD BE CHECKED BEFORE HITTING SEND.

I have gone ahead legally and gathered as much information as i can. This company is going against my rights. These people have no idea about the law. No matter how much patience you have with this company you seem to only reach a dead end.
