incorrect debit order date

<p>i have an account with woolworths and my account was in arreas they handed me over to mbd attoneys and we cam to an arrangment that they would debit a certain amont on the 26th of each month, to my surprice they debited on the 23rd and i had no money in my account and now i have to pay for bank charges for what i did not aggree with i did phone them spoke to Nthabeleng on the 26th and e-mailed her the bank statement still no responce, my id number is ********** 843083 they need to pay for this bank charges as i told them to debit on the 26th not the 23rd</p>
