INCORRECT AMOUNT ON "STATEMENT (NOT A FINANCIAL STATEMENT)

The worst service between DirectAxis and MBD attorneys. Since my commencement date I have not received 1 statement from either party. I then get offered a 50% settlement but told if I do not pay within the 2 days it is not available to me anymore. Then I requested a statement, which seems as if it has been done on Microsoft Office with no actual breakdown only the totals which is the exact thing in question. Now I need to wait another day for an actual statement which is extremely poor. If this matter is not solved within the next 24 hours I will lay an official complaint with the financial ombudsman of South Africa as they are forcing people to pay incorrect amounts. They are more worried about filling their statements with text to scare people instead of providing a useful accurate statement with real figures. I am refusing to pay any amount to MBD and Direct Axis until someone can give me an actual financial statement from date of commencement.
