This is a debt collection call center full of *****s. I've been trying to pay off an account but these idiots repeatedly debit me in the wrong f* day. I am livid right now. I have repeatedly told these idiots I get paid on the last working day of each month. But they will debit on the 20th or the 24th if they feel like it. I got debited this afternoon. I tried calling in but they were already closed. My email will probably be read on Monday. This bull**** is making it harder for me to move forward. Cancel that debit order immediately.

28 Jan 2020, 14:23I have sent two emails to MBD. Nobody has contacted me. I had to phone the call center and the agent said there's nothing she can do until Friday. So I have to call back on Friday. Imagine.
