Extremely dissatisfied with service provided, I paid my account in full sent 100 emails with proof attached now no one is attending to my concerns They reply with threatening emails advising my balance increase however when I sent the proof again thereafter still no response. I am extremely ****ed cause clearly you just want to make money out of me! Please sort out your SOP or I will with *********** staff really gives this organization a bad name.
I directly request to speak to a manager as clearly your agents has no idea what's going on there ..
I will not send my proof of payment again as I sent it several times.
