MBD is a **** and they are fooling people, they sent me an SMS stating that they will give me a 30% discount which the agents confirmed it can be paid in two months. They said the balance is R5200 and with a 30% discount the balance comes down to R4200, I kept telling the agents that the amount is not right because that’s not 30% discounted. She tells me that’s how it’s calculated and there’s added fees, I asked for the breakdown of the fees and she said she doesn’t know. So MBD thinks I am stupid? That they claim that 30% is another value as per their system. I’m willing to make an arrangement however they keep on treating me like an imbecile, if their system calculates incorrectly how come it’s never rectified. This service is very disappointing. They should honor their words when they say 30% it should be a true reflection of it instead of misleading people.
