*********** MBD - No escalation path - Daily Harassment

MBD have harassed me with daily sms's and phone calls for 4 months now over an account that was paid up and settled, with letters from the company, more than a year ago. I have called in 5 times to explain the account is settled and closed, with paid up letters that have been sent to MBD on 2 separate occasions (3 months ago). Each time I call in, the lady says there is no one I can escalate the issue to and that she will do it but they don't operate on support / complain tickets, so we have to just blindly trust that conversations are happening in the background. Nothing ever happens and the daily harassment continues.
