*********** idiots!!!!!

<p>I have been receiving Letters of Demand from these idiots since May 2016. I have sent them proof of payments and confirmations from Virgin Active more than 10 times already confirming that Virgin Active has NOT handed me over to them and that all outstanding membership money is paid up. I have confirmation from various Virgin Active employees that I have nothing outstanding. When you try and phone these people, you have to leave a message and nobody phones you bac****!!! I have complained to their supervisors more than once but nothing gets done!!!!!! The account that they claim is handed over is also older than 36 months, should they continue to harrass me, I will get my Debt Review Agent to lodge a formal complaint!!!!!!!</p>
