Good Day Last year September is spoke to your suppose to be support team on this matter of my mom,i was promised a breakdown of account and the contract until today no reply with any proper feedback from you so called team, harrasment yes that we get a lot of every day.. i spoke to the supervisor another dead end once again paperwork will be sent until today NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! every 5 seconds a different person phones with no idea what happened in the previous conversation ... you staff have not etticet what so ever to speak to people nor the public.. they cant even speak proper english what to say about doing their work.. Dont give u chance to speak doesnt listen to reason and when you ask to speak to a supervisor you blatentley get told im not allowed to.. my home language is afrikaans so why must i explain myself in english, he your staff cant speak my language i refuse to deal with the in any matter.. Get your staff same training in how to do their job in a decent manner or is the saying true you get what u pay for.. I awaiting a response form a Senior Afrikaans speaking person
