I ran into a little trouble so to speak with a credit card. MBD Attorneys called and harassed me everyday of my life. I eventually was in the situation to settle. I called and promptly I received a letter with the settlement details. I was advised once paid within three weeks I would receive a paid up letter. This was on the 19.11.2020. We are now on the 13.01.2021 and to date no paid up letter received. I call today only to receive a runaround and complete incompetence from their staff. One consultant even said "Jesus Christ Good bye" and hung up on me. Several calls later still have gotten nowhere. They called everyday and harassed me and even though I have settled still no joy. Unamused and found them to be very unprofessional from start to finnish.
