<p>i get a sms that i owe moneys to "mtn" i call to ask what is this regarding get told taht i owe them money, i ask for a statement, get told no they do not work with statements, ask how you can tell somebody they owe money without proof? i ask what tehy need explain the situation that mtn wrongfully deducted money from my account and i reversed it, ask for email to send proof, send bankstatements with payments highlighted send invoices and statments i recieved from mtn indicating i am paid in full, a week goes by no response, all along smses start telling me i owe money and everytime i call no they will sort it out, still smses come and the ammount increases seems they have no care if its true or not they will harass till you pay even though you are not in the wrong. then i get final warnings that i must pay still everytime i call i must prove something or resend the email.</p>
