*********** and rude

We are sick and tired of been harassed by MBD for other people that owe them money. We have given them the reference numbers and we were told that they would remove the cell numbers. The minute I call them from my own mobile number they then harass me on that number for the money. They then tell me I must call my service provider as this number belonged to the person. My cousin called them yesterday from her number to ell them that they have the wrong number and lo and behold they have just sms'd her threatening her to pay the money. I have had my data number and cell number for over 10 years so please stop harassing me.

What a bunch of useless and rude people are working there as they don't listen to the names we give them and tell them they have the wrong number. It is against the poppy act to just attach cell numbers to accounts that don't belong to us.

Secondly we have just spoken to Tamara who then professionally went and put the phone down in our ear, and when we called again looking for the supervisor and we refused to give our personal identity number she also professionally put the phone down in our ear.

The reference numbers are as follows:- Mr Price *** / *** and Foschini *** they are for someone by the name of Cornelia and i am not this person.
