*********** and illiterate

I just received a phone call from MBD Attorneys, the person who contacted me, first of all did not address his name clearly, secondly he was totally rude and did not give me time to talk or explain myself, he was talking over my voice and rudely replying, we will call you everyday and tomorrow, very rudely, I am not sure how MBD train their agents, but this guy clearly did not know his job, as I was trying to explain to him how to talk, he was talking over me, I told him not to call anymore and he was talking on top of my voice, and after this *********** idiot finish say what he had to do, he just dropped the call, I know agents and I know how they work, he should have respect and talk properly, if this idiot does not call me back and apologise, I will take this matter up to ombuds. MBD please train your staff or your clients they are phoning will train them for you, seeing you guys hire people without coaching. The guy called me about 09-45am not too sure about the time...... Please if any people get called by MBD attorneys, please ask them if they know how to do they job first!!!
