I requested a settlement and received a mail from a lady called Eleanor and latter on another letter with a discount . I then received a phone call from her saying that she made a mistake on the first letter. I was driving and could hardly gear what she was saying. Only yesterday when I check my personal mails I see another mail from another lady called Zukiswa with another letter with a different amount more than the one sent by Eleanor. Now I received a phone call from Eleanor saying she spoke to me and told me she made a mistake. And if I pay the amount she sent by mistake I will still be liable for the balance. I an very annoyed with mbd cause they are very ***********. I made a payment as per her discounted letter. Who's fault is it for having *********** people
