Incompetency at it’s highest level

MBD has listed an account that I could not pay since 2016 due to unemployment. They are updating the account on credit bureau as if I last paid them in July 2024. I don’t have an agreement with MBD and this debt should be prescribed now as it is 9 years old without it being serviced. I am have never paid any amount to MBD as I do not owe them. No one knows what they are doing at MBD, the level of incompetency is at another level. I know I won’t get help, I am just writing to make others aware that these ****mers are just ruining people’s lives. I know they will just copy and paste the response on this platform for the sake of it. Can MBD reflect on the credit Bureaus that the account has not been paid since 2016. That’s all I need. Don’t call me am not your client, just update the credit Bureaus accordingly.
