Incompetence of MBD Inc.

MBD Inc. keeps on calling me on my cellphone, looking for a Mr Ferreira to pay his MEDSCHEME. Firstly, I'm a woman, not a man. Second, I phoned them multiple times (about 4 times already) to tell them to remove my number from their systems, because clearly I'm not Mr Ferreira and I had my phone number for the past 15 years! Third, they SMS'd me again today, and phoned me. The lady who phoned me today, again looking for Mr Ferreira, was extremely rude! I started to tell her to please remove my number, as I'm clearly not Mr Ferreira and that I had this number for 15 years, she hung up ton me while I was talking. I phoned them directly afterwards, asking them to remove my number from their system, because quite frankly, I was getting sick and tired of them phoning me. Again, the lady hung up on me while I was still speaking. This is a horrible company with *********** pieces of **** working for them!
