Incompetence in the work force

MBD attorneys have been harassing me for the last 2 years for and NHL account that was not supposed to be billed to me. Tygerberg hospital was aware of the fact that at the time the bloods were drawn I was a minor and not on medical aid, my mother is a disability pensioner and the administration clerk told her that the hospital would send her an account that she could afford to pay. Bloods were drawn I'm 2015, I was contacted by MBD for the first time in September 2016. Since then the "agents" at MBD have been harassing myself and my mother to the point where she has been sworn at by the agent over the phone. This is unacceptable and I refuse to pay for this. This "mistake" as the agent called it was not made by me. Remove my damn details from your data base and focus on the collections that can be made, otherwise take me to court.
