INCOMPETENCE -HARRASMENT OF CLIENTS
MBD YOU ARE *********** AND QUICK TO HARRASE CLIENTS WITH CALLS FOR OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT WHEN THE ACCOUNTS ARE PAID UP . THE FINAL PAYMENT WAS MADE ON THE 24/02/2023 BUT TODAY I`M GETTING CALLS FOR AN OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT ! YOU CALL CENTRE SENDS PPL FROM PILLAR TO POST ! I SENT AN EMAIL TO THATO WITH PROOF OF PAYMENT ON THE 24/02/2023 HE HAS NOT UPDATED MY ACCOUNT !!
HE HAS NOT BOTHERED TO UPDATE THE ACCOUNT !! GET YOUR DUCKS IN A ROW !! YOU ARE RUNNING A CIRCUS IN THAT CALL CENTRE NO ONE WANT TO ACCOUNT !!
I WANT MY PAID UP LETTER NOW !! I HAVE GIVEN YOU ENOUGH TIME TO SORT YOUR NONSENSE OUT BUT YOU DONT SEEM BOTHERED

07 Mar 2023, 08:51JUST GOT OF THE PHONE NOW WITH A CONSULTANT BY THE Name of Kelebogile !!! Rude to the core refused to assist me , she refused to give me her surname . I doubt if she even gave the me correct name !! UR CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL ! THE CALL WAS AT 08:45 !! I WANT FEEDBACK ASAP ON MY OLD MUTUAL ACCOUNT !! INFACT CLOSE THAT CALL CENTRE DOWN BECAUSE U DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING
