Incompetence at the highest level

MBD is super unprofessional. This number ***(a freakin cell number) calls me time and time again and puts down without saying anything.Then I later receive SMS'ses but no one is emailing me or calling me to sort out this matter.They are reaching out to my Head of Department as well(God knows why)

Been asking for paid up letters,someone to call me who won't drop the phone without breathing a word,but not a single soul reaches out.Is this even a legit business? ANNOYED TO MY CORE
