Incompetence

I have settled my account in full on 21 Feb 2017. To date I have still not received a paid up letter nor have I received any indication of when my credit profile will be update. It's 3 weeks later and definately not fair to a client who have held his end of the bargain. Now MBD drags their feet.

I emailed MBD on 01 March 2017 and on the 7th of March 2017 on the email address for enquires, which no acknowledgement of my request for a paid up letter and updating my credit profile. I've called MBD on 8 March and was told it would take 48 hours to receive the paid up letter, still no letter. I called again yesterday and was told there was no letter available.

Why is it so difficult to conclude this matter with you. I again mention that I paid my account in full without every missing a payment. Its not fair to be treated this way.
