Incompetence

MBD is working for a number of companies however it's MBD's duty to do follow ups with the companies to make sure that clients pays . I have an account with Markhams & not MBD so I have to pay Markhams which I do on a month to month but MBD still finds the nerve to send me sms saying that I'm owing . MBD should formulate a system that alerts them too when payment is made as opposed to hounding as if payments aren't being made.
