incompetence

I stoped paying my account with you fistly beacause you deducted more money than we agreed apon i have made two payments via EFT witch acorrding to you have never received i cant believe that an attorney firm like yours share such incompetence that you dont even know how to run your own finances then you still want to tell me what i should do. I need someone in management that actually would have a clue of what they are doing to assist and solve the problem
