Inappropriate call
I have received a call from an agent named Ann from the number ********** 673 who requested to speak to my wife and didn't want to disclose where she was calling from. I don't think she realized that I could see the number and I called back to find out that this was the offices of MBD. She says that she wants to speak to my wife with regards to something personal and cut the call abruptly. I do not believe this is ethical and how clients should be dealt with.
