Impossible to receive a prescription letter + rude contact centre agents = NO ASSISTANCE
It seems impossible to receive a prescription letter from MBD. I have been since early February, sent several emails I have not received any responses. tried contacting the contact centre only to be received by a Rude agent who cant assist nor transfer to the Prescription department. Why is it impossible to receive services from your offices on OLD accounts that must be removed
