IMPOSSIBLE TO GET PAID UP LETTER
I settled my Vodacom account in September 2025 and its mid-March 2026, I don't know how many calls and emails I have to make/send to get my Paid-up letter. They have been telling me that they will escalate the issue. Are these people aware that credit score can literally hurt people's futures and of their families. Can someone please help me MBD.
