I'm still waiting on feedback from MBD, settled my debt and they refuse to close my account and provide paid up letter. Still awaiting state9and call recordings. This is a very bad service.. I called since last week Thursday and no one could assist how pathetic.
I wants my statements as I need to take this matter to the ombudsman and social media for this pathetic assistance.
