I'm angry at this point
I'm really really frustrated at this point. I called for a paid up letter and was given an email address and instructions on how to sent the email, which I did. The agent then told me to give them about 3 days to respond. Today, I call again, they never received my email. The email address I send the first email to was correct and email address was once again confirmed by the agent. I resend the email and was asked AGAIN to give them 3 day to reply. WHY? Everything i have to wait 3 days. MBD can you please send my letter. Please.
