*******ly persuing prescribed debt

Can you please help me with MBD furnisbing me with a signed contract I have with them, payment agreement and history. If there were instalments paid, who paid them and how. Is the debt persuing against me not a prescribed debt and if it is why are registering me ********** and *******ly so with credit beurex? If they fail to help me with all that information I demand that they take my name from being negatively registered at the ITC.
