******* & ************ collection methods

This company tries to bully and harass people into paying off debts that are not legally allowed to be collected anymore. They breach The National Credit Amendment Act, published 13 March 2015, that prohibits the sale and collection of Prescribed Debt. I have raised my defence of prescription yet they continue to call and harass me and they can not produce any concrete evidence or documentation that I actually owe them money. My next step will be to report this company to the Credit Ombud for their ************ and ******* collections service's

and this is the response..... and yet your collections department has called me 7 times again. Good day Mr Purchase Kindly note that I’m picking up a Bayport Account with the id number , i have copied the relevant Lady Eleanor to assist you in case clarity is needed on the account. As for the sms received, it was sent incorrectly to yourself as I indicated on the previous mail that I am picking up someone else’s account with the cell number. and please note MDB legal collections. I am forwarding all of this info to the credit ombud as I refuse to be bul**** and harassed by your call centre agents calling me at my place of employment every week.
