MBD Inc keeps harassing my mother regarding an unknown accident they claimed was done by her. She keeps receiving this text: Re accident on 2016-04-16 i.r.o. damages due by u, call MBD INC.:(011) ********** to avoid legal action. Ref: ********** ********** 64

This is a lot of nonsense. No case was made at a police station for this date under her name and we have informed the police about this harassment. We were advised to take legal action for this company claiming money due by my mother who was not involved in an accident on the date provided. Clearly this person who put a claim in for her insurance gave false information so that he/she could avoid paying and wanted their insurance to pay for damages. Is this the way insurance is trying to get money from innocent people?

Please if your harassment continues we are taking legal action against you. You are stressing my mother out for **** and wrongful sms's. It needs to stop.
