******* HARASSMENT AT PLACE OF WORK

Absolute illiterate people working at this place. They keep on phoning me at my work after I have sent emails in writing, told them over the phone to stop calling me at work as I am not allowed these calls at my place of work. Calls are being recorded? Seriously people? Whats the use if you don't use them. They only use the so called recordings when it suits them. According to law you are NOT allowed to harass someone at their place of work if they requested not to!!!!! Then they started phoning my family and friends on their numbers? Where the hell do they get that information? What right to they have to do that? They harass my friends and family. I am sure that is also not legal. They keep on threatening me I need to pay my Truworths account. Well send me a statement from Truworths where it reflects my last payments made to them because according to my knowledge its been paid many years ago, about 4 or 5. After requesting this information SO MANY TIMES, I keep getting a document with the capital amount with fees added to it....is that a Statement? No its not. Please people, get your act together or go back to school to get your fees back because you don't know what you are doing, or you just keep on trying to trick people in to paying bogus accounts. I will KEEP putting the phone down in your ear until you send me the CORRECT Statement from Truworths with the last payments I made. IF I did not pay it, then you should be able to prove so? STOP calling until I receive it. Plain and simple
