How can you collect twice for the same debt. A garnishee order was put against my salary by MBD. After I have paid up the garnishee I phoned MBD requesting a paid up letter and that's when I was advised that I was still owing another amount which is higher than the original amount I paid through the garnishee. ?The amount of of garnishee order should consist of full amount of the money loaned, interest on the outstanding balance; costs incurred by the judgment creditor to collect the money and sheriff's fees. Once this amount has been known it will then be deducted in imonthly instalments until paid up. Howcome then you can still owe some money after the garnishee has been paid up. MBD is robbing us poor black people with their arrogant staff. I am taking thinking of really taking this matter up now with my lawyers this is a ****************.<br>
