******* and dishonest conduct

I have an arrangement with the above mentioned company for repayment of loan. Had excellent help from Virginia Makhubo and she confirmed and updated my details. This morning I was contacted by a gentleman enquiring about work but asking me all these personal details about myself. I immediately transferred him to our HR department. Within a few minutes I received a call again, same guy giving a different story as to why he specifically needs my personal details. I requested his name and he said Patrick. When I confronted him about his identity and his reason for dishonesty is was told that this is the way they do it as the public avoid them when they identify themselves. This makes me wonder on the integrity and trustworthiness of this company and if anything that they do or say is legal and honest. I will be taking this matter up with the Ethics board for Attorneys and Lawyers in South Africa.
