Ignored queries
After several attempts to obtain banking details MBD have still failed to provide me with them. I have now missed a payment because of their failure. They will probably start hounding me now like a hungry pack of wild dogs. When will they get the fact that without their banking details, I CANNOT MAKE PAYMENT.
