I would rate it zero!!!!!

I am still waiting on my account information after various communications. Even when my monthly payment has been made I am call incessantly at all hours of the morning and night. Payments have been made on my account on a monthly basis yet they state on my credit score that payments were missed causing a huge impact on my financial state. This place is absolute *******!!
