'I Will do it without your permission'

Ive been getting phone calls not to my cell number rather to my tablets mobile number from an MDB collection services.

Accordinng to the Woman who refused to understand that I WAS DRIVING AND COULD NOT HEAR HER CLEARLY, on a particular account closed for more than 6 months I owed money and they would like to Debit my account.

The woman forced me to setup a debit order, refused to tell me the amount or even email me a statement so I could match it up to the closure statements I have.

I asked her one simple question: Can you please email me

She rep**** telling me she will have to charge me for the email! I told her i did not appreciate her attitude cause im trying to help her as again I WAS DRIVING.

She then said she will setup the debit order on my account without my permission and dropped the call.

I attempted to call back the number provided and said the company does not operate on weekends yet they have been calling my tablet on weekends, week days, sometimes after 8pm at night.

I have read so many reviews on the bad service of the call centre agents that im starting to believe this is more a **** than anything else
