i was handed over to MBD by Edcon and i settled my account on the 26/07/2012 - Refuse to give a settlement letter
i was handed over to MBD by Edcon and i settled my account on the 26/07/2012 - to my surprise it reflects that i am on arrears on the credit bureau records so i called Edcon they cannot pick up my account from their system so i was referred to MBD - i called them this morning they can see that i settled in 2012 but they cannot provide me with a settlement letter . how so????
