I want to clear my name

I paid my account that was handed over by Homechoice on the 11th of October 2019 i phoned the to ask if they saw my payment so they could send me proof of clearance they asked me to fax it and I did but they didn't clear my name so they sent me a sms reminding me to pay i phoned again told them that i paid already i faxed again as the email address they gave me was not working again this year January i phoned again and someone said there are not even records of what i am saying i appear to them as someone who still owes them i phoned Homechoice but didn't get any help
