i want my refund

my account was handed over to MBD and i app**** for a consolidation loan and the account was paid up and they provided me with a paid up letter. after a year i went to take a loan again with the same financial institute and the account was showing on the system and they called MBD they were advised that i still owed them and they gave me a settlement letter to SETTLE the account that was paid a paid off a year ago. when i request for a refund they are giving me run arounds since last october for a refund till to date they havent refunded me they are really ****** i went to their offices they are at rosebank at jan smuts avenue they advise to sort it out. they never called me no give me feedback till date. I am still waiting even i dont know who can assist us with such people as they are taking our money that we work so hard for..
