I WANT MY REFUND

I Paid R3102 more than what I was meant to pay and I have been asking for a refund and I haven’t received anything.

They are quick to call and tell you that you owe people money but they are sitting with my money.

I’ve settled the account and I have received nothing.

The account is apparently sitting with Virgin active and they said it would take 7 days to refund.

It’s 4 weeks later
